Legal Requirement

It is a legal requirement to have your air conditioning inspected every 5 years by a accredited energy assessor. If you do not comply with the law, you can be fined £300.

A qualified and accredited assessor will carry out a visual assessment of your air conditioning system and an examination of you equipment and controls.

The assessor will provide a report and a certificate following the inspection which will include details of the current efficiency of your equipment, suggestions for improvement, faults found if any and how to reduce your air conditioning use. All of this to ensure you are complying with the requirements but also to reduce your costs and help the environment.
